What is Autopilot?
Autopilot is the best way to take advantage of all of the marketing services Vicinity offers you as a small business, and you don’t have to lift a finger. Autopilot makes it easier for you to keep in touch with your customers, and get them to come back into your store more often than ever before.
How It Works
Autopilot takes all of your gathered consumer data and automates your marketing activities based on the last time that your customers visited your store. It then sends out an SMS (text message) campaign to your customers automatically on behalf of your business so you can focus on the important things – making your product and your customer service top notch. Autopilot separates your customers into different segments and it ensures that your customers who are new, at risk, or those who haven’t been around for a little while have an incentive to come back. It also rewards your very loyal customers and even sends them a special offer on their birthday, all of this through text message campaigns which have a 99% open rate!
Here’s the long and short of it though: most marketing campaigns have a fairly low rate of engagement let alone conversion.
