Tucked away just north of Kingston, Seeley’s Bay Pharmacy has small-town charm and was looking to make a big impact on their customers.

Being part of a small community, the pharmacy wanted to incorporate a loyalty strategy that was on par with some of the bigger chain pharmacies. That’s where they found Vicinity.

Seeley’s joined Vicinity in January 2014 and since then they’ve signed up over 193 loyal customers at the Seeley’s Bay location. Since then, they’ve added two of their other locations to Vicinity, they have 600 signups and over 1,800 transactions.

“Vicinity rewards is very user-friendly and our customers love the rewards that we give them,” said Katrina, one of Seeley’s Bay’s team members.

Having Vicinity gives Seeley’s Bay Pharmacy the tools necessary to compete against the bigger chains while retaining their small town character.
