New AutoPilot features make the Vicinity Dashboard even better

Our most successful merchants use Vicinity at maximum velocity. They’re firing on all cylinders and making the most of the platform’s powerful communications, marketing and analytics tools.

If you’re not using Vicinity to full advantage, now is a great time to get started. Because we’ve added new functionality to AutoPilot, one of our most effective marketing tools in the Vicinity Dashboard.

AutoPilot automatically sends customers the right message at the right time, to bring them back into your store more often.  All you do is log into the Vicinity Dashboard and set up your campaigns – our technology takes care of the rest.

There are seven different AutoPilot campaigns to choose from – including two new campaigns, “Network” and “Lost”.

  • The Network campaign is sent to customers who have added a membership online (via website or mobile app) but haven’t visited your store. Seven days after they add their membership, we’ll automatically send them an AutoPilot message to bring them in-store.
  • The Lost campaign is sent to customers if they haven’t visited in 180, 270, or 360 days. The campaign is sent automatically over email (not text) to reach customers on a non-intrusive and effective channel.

What else is new?

We’ve also improved the AutoPilot reporting functionality to give you the power to track campaign successes and fine-tune campaigns to be even more effective. You can see your results by “lifetime” or “last 30 days”. With metrics like claim rate, redemption rate and opt outs, it’s easier than ever to track campaigns and analyze your results.
